Many members of our team started as fellows. Our fellowship program is one of the ways we bring fresh perspectives into the company while helping develop the next generation of energy leaders. Over the past 16 years, we’ve worked with more than 30 fellows and interns, with many continuing into full-time roles.
Our fellows don’t sit on the sidelines. They contribute to real projects, work directly with experienced team members, and gain exposure to the policy, finance, technology, and strategy behind the energy transition.
