We design, finance, deploy, and operate integrated energy systems that give large energy users more control over how power is accessed, managed, and optimized. From on-site generation and storage to fleet electrification, load optimization, and utility coordination, we deliver full-lifecycle solutions tailored to real-world operating environments.
Energy is no longer just a fixed cost. When managed strategically, it becomes a source of flexibility, resilience, and long-term performance.
trucurrent was founded by the serial entrepreneurs behind Distributed Sun, with a proven track record of industry-defining innovation, risk assessment, accelerated development, and outsized returns.
We don't just design energy systems. We stand behind how they perform.
Our team brings experience across development, policy, finance, engineering, and operations—united by a shared commitment to building systems that perform in the real world. We take ownership of outcomes, work across disciplines, and stay accountable for how systems perform throughout their lifecycle.
Because energy should work as hard as the businesses it powers.
